2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

• Not Emergency Care: Wellness Mode services, including telehealth, GLP-1, HRT, and peptide therapies, are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

• Provider Consultation Required: Content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Enrollment in any clinical therapy program (e.g., GLP-1, peptide, HRT) requires a clinical consultation and evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. Results vary per individual, and outcome guarantees are not implied.

• Pharmacy Sourcing: Medications prescribed during consultations are compounded and fulfilled through licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state regulations.

Services, consultation fees, and custom compounds/medications prepared specifically for patient treatment plans are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or specified in your specific program agreement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original logos, content, website design, text, graphics, and custom nutrition frameworks on wellnessmodediet.com belong exclusively to Wellness Mode LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness Mode LLC, its members, providers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or reliance on health coaching or promotional content provided outside a formal provider-patient relationship.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
