Yes. All of our clinical therapies are prescribed and monitored by licensed medical providers throughout your program.
Do I have to strictly follow the lean ketogenic framework?
While our primary framework is lean ketogenic, we tailor the approach to your specific health needs and goals. The daily text coaching ensures the plan evolves with you.
How quickly can I expect to see results?

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Your daily meal plans are customized around the dietary restrictions and allergies you share with us, so you have varied and enjoyable options. Please tell your provider about any allergies, including medication allergies, before starting treatment.
Are there any side effects?
All medications can cause side effects. With GLP-1 medications, the most common are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, stomach discomfort, decreased appetite, and injection-site reactions. Less common but serious risks can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar, kidney problems, and possible thyroid tumors. These medications are not appropriate for everyone, including people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2, or those who are pregnant. Your provider will review your health history, discuss risks specific to your treatment, and monitor you throughout your program. Contact your provider right away if you experience severe or persistent symptoms.
