Pricing Guide

The Wellness Mode Diet focuses on teaching you how to take back your health and lose weight through personalized meal planning and coaching. 

This is NOT a crash diet, it’s a lifestyle change investment into your future. Average weight loss on this program is at least 20 pounds in 10 weeks. However, returning to your old eating habits will cause you to gain back the weight you lost.

 

*Depending on your progress and personal health objectives, you may finish the program before 10 weeks. If that is the case, you will only pay for the weeks you completed.*

WEEK 1

WEEK 1 PRICE: $100

  • initial consultation: your Wellness Mode consultant will need to meet with you to discuss your health goals and explain the program in order to ensure your menus fit your needs.

 

  • grocery store trip: we will go to the grocery store with you to teach you what foods to purchase and why these foods will assist you in your Wellness Mode journey. We want you to be able to make smart food choices even after you’ve finished our program.

 

  • 7 days of low carb menus for all meals and snacks: you will be provided custom meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) and shopping lists based on your goals.

 

  • 1 on 1 coaching:

    • You will check in every morning for coaching with a photo of your weight and your keto stick (Monday through Friday)

    • Your consultant will be available via text for any questions you might have about anything regarding the diet.

WEEKS 2 - 10

WEEKS 2 - 10 PRICE: $50 PER WEEK

  • 1 on 1 coaching: your coaching will continue throughout the rest of the program. You can reach your consultant by text.

    • You will continue to check in every morning for coaching with a photo of your weight and your keto stick (Monday through Friday)

    • Your consultant will be available via text for any questions you might have about anything regarding the diet.

 

  • 7 days of low carb menus for all meals and snacks: you will be provided custom meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) and shopping lists based on your goals.
